LTGS Academy Strengthens Financial and Digital Capacity at NVSDC

LTGS Rwanda PLC, through its LTGS Academy Utility, in collaboration with Hanga Hubs Nyagatare, successfully conducted a specialized professional training programme for the Nyagatare Volunteer Servers Development Cooperative (NVSDC) from 1 to 4 September 2026 at the Hanga Hubs Nyagatare training facility.

The programme was designed to strengthen the professional capacity of the cooperative's leadership and finance team by providing practical knowledge in financial management, financial technology, governance, internal controls, and the effective use of digital tools in financial administration.

The training formed part of the professional courses offered through LTGS Academy, which is dedicated to equipping organizations, cooperatives, businesses, and institutions with practical skills required to improve management, financial performance, governance, and digital transformation.

Leadership and Finance Team Receive Specialized Training

From 1 to 2 September 2026, LTGS Academy delivered specialized training to the senior management and Finance Department of NVSDC.

The sessions focused on strengthening the participants' understanding of sound financial management practices and the appropriate use of technology in financial operations. Participants were introduced to practical approaches for improving financial planning, records management, reporting, internal controls, accountability, and the use of digital technologies to support efficient financial administration.

In addition to the core training provided by LTGS Academy, participants benefited from additional lessons, professional guidance, and advisory sessions delivered by leaders and representatives from different local institutions.

These contributions provided participants with broader perspectives on cooperative development, institutional management, financial services, and sustainable organizational growth.

Marketing Team Receives Specialized Marketing Training

On 3 September 2026, LTGS Academy conducted a dedicated session for the NVSDC Marketing Team.

The training focused on practical marketing techniques and effective approaches for promoting the cooperative's products, services, and activities.

Participants explored how to identify and engage target audiences, improve communication with potential customers and partners, increase awareness of cooperative products, and use modern communication and digital channels to strengthen the cooperative's visibility.

The session aimed to equip the Marketing Team with practical skills that can support the cooperative's efforts to expand its reach, improve customer engagement, and promote its products and services more effectively.

Official Launching and Closing Ceremony

On 4 September 2026, NVSDC officially concluded the training programme during a launching and closing ceremony that also provided an opportunity to showcase the cooperative's activities and products.

The event was attended by representatives of LTGS Rwanda PLC and other stakeholders who supported the training and cooperative development initiatives.

Mr. KWIZERA Enoki, Chief Executive Officer of LTGS Rwanda PLC, represented the company during the official closing ceremony. He also served as the principal trainer throughout the programme, delivering training and professional guidance to the participants across the different sessions.

The ceremony featured the official conclusion of the training programme, the presentation and showcasing of NVSDC's activities and products, and the awarding of training certificates to participants who successfully completed the programme.

The event marked an important milestone for NVSDC as it continues to strengthen its organizational capacity, financial management practices, marketing activities, and use of technology.
