The system includes modules for customer management, supplier tracking, and expense recording, creating a complete view of business health. e-Ubuvuzi System is an integrated veterinary service management platform developed and delivered by LTGS RWANDA PLC for PRIME ANIMAL MEDICAL & DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD as a competitively awarded project. The system enables animal owners and veterinary service users to request and manage appointments for animal medical and diagnostic services, while supporting the management of veterinary cases, prescribed treatments, and coordination with pharmacies that provide prescribed veterinary medicines. The platform is designed to improve access to veterinary services, streamline appointment management, strengthen service coordination, and support efficient digital management of animal health services.

FKA Management System is an integrated school data management platform developed and delivered by LTGS RWANDA PLC for Forever King Academy to centralize and manage student information, academic and administrative records, attendance, reports, communication, and other institutional operations. The system supports efficient management of learners, staff-related information, attendance tracking, report management, academic administration, data organization, and other school services through a centralized digital environment.

LTGS e-Meeting System is an integrated digital meeting management platform developed by LTGS RWANDA PLC to plan, coordinate, manage, communicate, document, and monitor organizational meetings. The system supports meeting scheduling, meeting descriptions, agendas, keynotes, invitee management, bulk invitations, email notifications, reminders, meeting comments, meeting reports, attendance tracking, meeting status management, and live meeting access. It is designed to improve internal and external team coordination, operational efficiency, accountability, documentation, and digital collaboration across the organization.

LTGS e-Office System is an internal digital workplace designed to simplify daily operations, improve timely execution of employee responsibilities, support collaboration and communication, manage work activities, calendar schedules, meetings, agendas, reminders, messages, notices and document sharing, while providing secure employee access and centralized workplace services.

LTGS WorkSpace System was created to solve a common problem in growing organisations: projects scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and verbal updates, with no single source of truth about what is happening, who owns what, or how far along a deliverable is.

The system centralises project registration, task management, team coordination, activity tracking, and automated reporting into one secure, role-aware workspace. Every action is recorded, every team member has a defined scope, and every project has a measurable outcome.

SmartBiz Diaspora extends the SmartBiz ecosystem to Rwandan diaspora communities and foreign users, offering a dedicated portal for remote access to national services. It simplifies processes such as identity verification, investment applications, property registration, and fee payments, bridging the geographical gap between overseas citizens and local institutions. The system provides multilingual support, currency conversion tools, and compliance with international data regulations, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience. Through a personalized dashboard, users can track application statuses, receive notifications, and communicate directly with relevant authorities. By digitizing consular and commercial services, SmartBiz Diaspora fosters continued engagement, encourages remittance-linked investments, and strengthens the bond between the nation and its global community.

The LTGS e-Contact System is a centralized directory that consolidates email addresses and phone numbers of all key stakeholders, enabling efficient and targeted communication. It categorizes contacts by role, organization, and engagement type, allowing users to quickly find the right person for any matter. The system supports bulk mailing, distribution lists, and SMS broadcasting, all governed by consent and preference settings to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Integration with other LTGS platforms allows automatic population of contact records and synchronization with ongoing correspondence. Administrators can manage access rights and monitor communication logs for audit purposes. The e-Identity Data System is a secure Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) registry that validates individual and entity identities against authoritative national databases, including NIDA, RRA, RDB, and RCA references. The system supports online examinations, allowing scheduled tests to be taken securely within the portal, with automatic grading and instant feedback where applicable. Intambwe Registry is a centralized master data management system that consolidates and governs all agent-related information across every operational tier of LTGS Rwanda. Imikorere HR System is an all-encompassing human resources management platform that digitizes the entire employee lifecycle within LTGS Rwanda. It handles staff records, leave management, contract administration, payroll processing, mission requests, and performance evaluations. The payroll module calculates salaries, tax deductions, and social contributions automatically, generating compliant payslips and reports. Managers can set objectives, conduct appraisals, and track professional development through an integrated performance module. Employee self-service features allow staff to update personal information, apply for leave, and view their payslips without HR intervention. The system enforces approval hierarchies and maintains a full audit trail for every transaction, supporting internal controls.
